This notice applies to California residents and describes your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Under the CCPA, “personal information” is information that identifies, relates to, describes, or is capable of being associated with a particular California resident or household.

  • Characteristics of Protected Classifications: Age and gender.

  • Internet Activity: Browsing history and interactions with our website.

  • Inference Data: Preferences and characteristics based on your interactions.

2. Sources of Information
We collect this information directly from you (when you fill out a form) and automatically from your device (cookies and tracking technologies). We do not sell your personal information.

3. Your Rights under CCPA
California residents have the following rights, subject to certain exceptions:

  • Right to Know: You have the right to request the specific pieces and categories of personal information we have collected about you in the past 12 months.

  • Right to Delete: You have the right to request the deletion of personal information we have collected from you.

  • Right to Correct: You have the right to correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.

  • Right to Opt-Out: We do not sell your data, so there is no need to opt-out; however, you may still opt-out of the “sharing” of data for cross-context behavioral advertising (where applicable).

  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.

4. Exceptions
Please note that certain personal information is exempt from CCPA, including:

  • Protected Health Information (PHI) covered by HIPAA or the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act (CMIA).

  • Personal information covered by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) related to financial services.
